We have added these words to some of the email that we send out; or, strictly speaking, we delete them from most of the emails, if it is irrelevant to that email.

- We will never change our bank details via email, and
- We don’t send emails with links that will take you to somewhere you will be asked to give a username and password.
We cannot accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect account.

Information can be sent via email in a confidential way. There are a number of ways to do this.
If you use an app that allows confidential email then you tell us how to handle our part of that communication.
If you have a GMail account, use their confidential email to send information, like your bank details, to us.
this button lets you send confidential messages and attachments and protect sensitive information from unauthorized access. You can also set an expiration date for messages or revoke access at any time.
Recipients of these messages may have options to forward, copy, print, and download disabled.
Although confidential mode helps prevent the recipients from sharing your email, it doesn’t prevent recipients from taking screenshots or photos of your messages or attachments.
Also recipients who have malicious programs on their computer may still be able to copy or download your messages or attachments.
